Bardills Garden Centre& Aquatics

Bardills Garden Centre & Aquatics has traded from the same site on Toton Lane in Stapleford for more than 150 years, having started life as a rose nursery growing and selling stock on the land it still occupies. The family-run business has since expanded into a full garden centre, stocking bedding plants, shrubs, trees and garden furniture, alongside a dedicated aquatics section with fish, pond equipment and supplies. A cafe on site serves meals and snacks to visiting shoppers. The centre supplies specialist growers' stock alongside its own plants and is listed as a stockist for several wholesale nurseries. It remains independently owned by the founding family rather than part of a larger retail group, serving gardeners across Nottingham and south Derbyshire.
