Dunvegan Hotel

Six ensuite bed and breakfast rooms set within three acres on the shore of Loch Dunvegan, Isle of Skye, alongside the Fire Restaurant, where own-grown, local, Scottish and sustainable ingredients are cooked over fire in a style drawn from family-influenced Argentine asado. Salads, herbs, vegetables and edible flowers come from the croft and kitchen garden. The coffee shop and deli pulls espresso on a La Marzocco and bakes its own cakes.
