Fairlands is a Grade II listed farmhouse on Church Street in Nassington, parts of which date to the 15th or 16th century, run as a bed and breakfast by Ann and John from their own home. The house keeps its original oak beams and an inglenook fireplace, and guests are served a cooked breakfast in the farmhouse kitchen. Rooms look over a mature garden with off-road parking behind the house. Fairlands stands a short walk from Nassington's two pubs, the Black Horse and the Queen's Head, both used by guests for evening meals, and from the village's church and River Nene watermeadows. The bed and breakfast operates as a single household letting a small number of rooms rather than a hotel, and bookings are typically taken by phone rather than through a dedicated site. It has traded for many years under Ann and John's ownership, appearing in regional guides to the Nene valley villages.
