The Queen'sHead Inn

The Queen's Head is a 17th-century village inn on Station Road in Nassington, set beside the River Nene with a riverside garden and its own moorings for anyone arriving by boat. Under independent ownership since September 2023, it runs as a free house with a bar warmed by a real log fire and two linked dining rooms serving pub classics, lunchtime plates and themed evenings such as pizza and tapas nights. There are nine chalet-style bedrooms to the rear, and the kitchen holds an AA Rosette with a four-star inn rating. The kitchen closes on Mondays, opening around noon and again in the evening on other days, while the bar trades daily. The inn featured on Channel 4's Four in a Bed in early 2025. Dogs are welcome in the bar, and the setting suits walkers following the Nene Way.
