Fermanagh BeerCompany

The Fermanagh Beer Company began in 2009 as a diversification of Gordon Fallis's thirty-acre family farm, and became the county's first brewpub when it settled in at Old Pal's Bar on the main street of Derrygonnelly — a family pub run by the Donaldsons, father and son. The beer is brewed and poured on the spot, an unusual arrangement that makes the pub and the brewery one thing. It is small, rural and stubbornly independent, the kind of farm-and-pub venture that keeps a village's evening life going. Go for the pint where it is made; there are not many places left where the two happen under one roof.
