Darren Tomkins runs this gin bar and shop from a gallery unit inside Shrewsbury's Victorian Market Hall, stocking more than a hundred gins alongside wines, beers and spirits. Small plates and charcuterie boards use ingredients bought from other traders in the market below. The bar developed its own Shrewsbury Gin with a nearby distillery.
