Hotel Pelirocco

Hotel Pelirocco is a boutique hotel at 10 Regency Square, occupying two Regency townhouses dating from around 1840 close to the seafront and the site of the old West Pier. It opened in 2000 and is run by Mick Robinson, with 19 individually themed rooms designed around pop culture, music and film references rather than a uniform hotel style. Regency Square itself was laid out in the early 19th century as one of Brighton's earliest planned seafront developments. The hotel has become known locally for hosting DJ sets, art shows and themed events in its ground-floor bar alongside its overnight rooms, distinguishing it from the area's more conventional seafront hotels.
