John Bliss Butchers has traded from a stall inside Shrewsbury Market Hall since 1965 and is now run by the founder's grandson, Steve Williams, alongside his wife Georgie. The counter sells locally sourced beef, lamb and pork along with home-made sausages and cooked meats, and marked sixty years of continuous trading in 2025.
