Kristina Records

Kristina Records is an independent vinyl shop specialising in second-hand and new dance music, trading since July 2011 when it first opened on Stoke Newington Road in Dalston before relocating to its current site on Well Street in Homerton. The shop buys and sells collections and stocks new pressings across house, techno, minimal, electro and related electronic genres, alongside a smaller selection of jazz, disco and reggae. A cafe counter operates from the same space, serving coffee alongside the record browsing, and the shop hosts occasional in-store listening sessions tied to new releases. Staff are active diggers and DJs themselves, and the buying counter is a regular stop for local collectors clearing out collections. It remains a single, independently run shop rather than part of a chain, open seven days a week, with earlier hours during the week for the attached cafe trade and later closing on Fridays and Saturdays.
