The Lacey family is now in its seventh generation farming at Bolter End, outside Lane End near High Wycombe, and opened a farm shop and butchery on the site in January 2016. The farm keeps a pedigree herd of Guernsey cows, a breed now uncommon among British dairy herds, and the shop sells its own Guernsey milk, cream and ice cream alongside eggs from the farm. The butchery counter cuts meat mostly to order and makes its own pies and sausage rolls in house. Beef comes from the farm's own cattle, finished on grass, and the shop stocks goods from other local producers alongside its own dairy and meat. It closes on Mondays and opens shorter hours on Sundays.
