Founded in 2022 by the team behind Lancaster Brewery, this grain-to-glass distillery mills, mashes, ferments and distils its own spirit on one site rather than buying in neutral alcohol. It began with gin and vodka before adding an English single malt whisky, with pre-booked tours and tastings run most weeks.
