Surveyed
Grade II listed Victorian music hall built in 1877 and restored in 1997, run as a non-profit venue by the Malt Cross Trust. It operates as a bar and kitchen beneath its original glazed roof, with income supporting Nottingham Street Pastors and Nottinghamshire YMCA. Sandstone caves beneath the building, once used for storage, have been converted into a gallery and rehearsal space. It is understood to be the only Victorian music hall in the country still used broadly as originally designed.
