Waters Edge Marsworth occupies the original Lockkeeper's Cottage at Lock 39, Startops End, near Tring, sitting between Marsworth Reservoir and the Grand Union Canal. It is owned by two sisters and their mum, who bring combined experience in hospitality, catering and tourism to a menu of meals made with fresh produce. Winter hours run 10am to 3pm on weekdays and 9am to 4pm at weekends; phone signal is poor, so email gets answered faster.
