Mumbles FineWines

Mumbles Fine Wines is an independent wine merchant on Mumbles Road, established in 2006. The shop is built around a single site and a tasting team led by an in-house wine judge, who selects stock spanning traditional European regions and smaller New World producers. Alongside wine, it stocks spirits, a range of whisky described locally as one of the largest in Wales, craft ales and ciders, and its own Mumbles Gin, made with Welsh water. A rotating Wine Club selection lets customers taste before they commit to a case, and the shop also puts together food and drink hampers. The business trades from the same Mumbles Road premises it opened in, rather than through multiple branches, and continues to focus on curated, smaller-batch producers rather than volume brands.
