Redber Coffee

Redber has roasted coffee from Merrow Depot Industrial Park in Guildford since 2011, running five roasting machines six days a week. Every order is roasted after it comes in rather than pulled from a shelf, then hand-packed and dispatched the same day, with roastmasters judging each batch by sight, sound and smell rather than automated settings. The business sells more than forty single-origin coffees alongside its own blends in medium, medium-dark and dark profiles, mostly through online ordering with click-and-collect and delivery options. Coffee reaches customers as whole bean or ground to order for cafetiere, filter or espresso. The Merrow Lane site operates as a working roastery rather than a public cafe, open weekdays and Saturday mornings for collection.
