Rock'N'Dough is a bakehouse and café at Bank Hall, in a former bank building on Narberth's High Street. It began as a lockdown baking project before opening as a shop in May 2023, selling sourdough loaves, croissants, focaccia and other pastries baked on the premises. The bakery keeps a tight schedule, trading Wednesday to Saturday mornings only from 7am, and regularly sells out of bread and pastries by early afternoon. It supplies several of Narberth's cafés and food shops with bread, alongside its own retail counter, and has built a following among residents who arrive early for the daily bake. The business is independent and run from the single Narberth site, with baking done overnight and through the early morning so that everything is fresh when the doors open. Its position in a former NatWest branch is a point of local note, the old counter and vault having given way to bread ovens and display shelving.
