Saint Mars ofthe Desert

Saint Mars of the Desert is a small brewery in Attercliffe run by Dann Paquette and Martha Holley-Paquette, who relocated from Boston to set up the operation in 2018. The 1,000-litre brewhouse produces unfiltered, unpasteurised beers in small batches, served fresh in the attached weekend taproom alongside visiting guests and occasional food.
