Grimm &Co

Grimm & Co is a not-for-profit creative writing centre in Rotherham town centre, opened by former teacher Deborah Bullivant in 2016 to give children aged seven to eighteen free access to writing workshops and mentoring. The building is fitted out as an apothecary shop selling potions and curiosities, a device that leads children through to the writing rooms behind the till. Sessions are run mainly by volunteer mentors, and the front-of-house shop and small cafe are open to browsers as well as workshop attendees.
