Satchells Wines

Satchells has traded as a wine merchant from North Street since the 1880s, operating out of a building that once served Burnham Market as an ironmonger's. The shop stocks more than a thousand wines by the bottle, from everyday reds and whites to champagne and sparkling wine, alongside more than forty single malt whiskies, craft ales, gins and other spirits. Corkscrews, cigars and a small food range round out the counter. Staff give one-to-one recommendations rather than running the shop on self-service, a habit the business has kept through its change from ironmongery to wine. It remains one of the older independent shops facing Burnham Market's village green.
