Shensha

A tandoori and balti restaurant established in 1989, now at 22 Stoke Road in Aylesbury in the building formerly the Plough and Harrow pub, having moved from Cambridge Street as eat-in demand outgrew the old premises. The larger room brought fish dishes, more vegetarian choice and lower prices on some plates, with average spend quoted at £6 to £13. Customers bring their own wine and beer. Open daily 5pm to 11pm, weekend lunches by prior booking, parking at the rear.
