The Inn Between is a free house pub at the junction of South Railway Street and Adelaide Row in Seaham, reopened in 2020 following a lengthy closure and full refurbishment. It serves cask and keg ales, cider and spirits from a small traditional bar with a loyal following of local regulars and a relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere.
