Three sisters run the little shop at Ferris Town — part cheesemonger, part Cornish-produce deli, part coffee counter — stocking from more than forty Cornish producers. The cheese leans firmly local, with Cornish Kern and Yarg starring at the monthly cheese-and-cider tasting evenings, twenty-five pounds a head, and hampers of the county's produce go out year-round. Open from breakfast to mid-afternoon, Monday to Saturday.
