The Tea Station occupies a spot on Station Road in Deganwy with views across the Conwy estuary toward the mountains beyond. In September 2025 the tea room passed to Becky Halliday and Ben Nicholls, both known to the previous owners and already familiar with the business - Halliday had worked there for two years and Nicholls helped out and was a regular customer. The new owners kept the same cook, the same cake recipes and the same staff, reported the North Wales Pioneer, while adding six beer taps so the café can serve as a small evening pub after the kitchen closes. By day it serves cooked breakfasts, homemade cakes, scones and light lunches with gluten-free and vegetarian options; by evening it switches to draught beers, wines and spirits. It remains a single, family-run premises rather than part of a group, open daily from mid-morning into the afternoon.
