Alpha Bottle Shopand Tap

Alpha Bottle Shop and Tap opened in Bedminster's Imperial Arcade in May 2021, founded by Mike and Emily after years working in breweries and running craft beer bars elsewhere in the city. The shop stocks a rotating range of canned and bottled beer from small UK and international breweries, kept in full refrigerated storage rather than at room temperature, alongside a curated selection of ciders, local spirits and natural wines. A handful of taps let customers drink in or take away, with five draught lines typically pouring alongside one cider. Click-and-collect and UK-wide shipping supplement the shop counter. It trades from this single arcade unit only, distinguishing it from the larger bottle shop and brewery groups that have expanded across multiple Bristol sites.
