Old MarketDistillery

Old Market Distillery is a micro-distillery producing Old Tom style gin from a site on Gloucester Lane near Old Castle Green, having launched in January 2021. The Old Tom style, sweetened after distillation, largely fell out of favour during the twentieth century; the distillery runs weekend tastings by booking.
