Michael Wiper and Al True brewed as nomads from 2012 before settling into their own twenty-barrel plant in 2015, and both remain directors of a company that has stayed its own. The taproom on the edge of Old Market — five hundred capacity, brewing on site, a beer garden and pizza from a resident kitchen — is where the range pours freshest, from the pale ales that made the name to whatever the small kit is trialling. Wednesdays belong to private events; Fridays and Saturdays run late.
