Artisan Roast

An independent Edinburgh specialty coffee roastery with cafes on Broughton Street, Leith Walk, Bruntsfield and Stockbridge, plus a roastery and a site called The Lab. The year-round blends are Janszoon, Trigonometry and Cobblestone, sold alongside single origins from Brazil, Ecuador, Peru, Colombia and Guatemala. Subscriptions run from espresso and filter selections to The Rare Club, and the shop carries grinders, brewers and papers. Brew guides cover V60, Chemex, Aeropress and moka pot.
