Bell CentreButchers

Bell Centre Butchers is a family-run butcher, trading as K Walker Family Butchers, within the Bell Centre indoor market on Dumbarton High Street, which occupies a converted former church. The counter sells locally sourced beef, lamb, pork and chicken, together with sausages and its own pies. At the 2025 Scottish Craft Butchers Awards its pie took the gold Balmoral Pie prize, judged against more than 140 entries on appearance, flavour, texture and appeal. As a single-site independent, the shop trades on cut-to-order meat and counter service rather than pre-packed supermarket ranges, and it forms part of a small group of independent stalls under the Bell Centre roof. It sits in the middle of Dumbarton's High Street, within easy reach of the town's shops and Dumbarton Central station.
