Robin and Jackie Haddy farm pedigree Red Devon cattle on the cliffs above Boscastle, amid National Trust coastal farmland, and the shop at Hillsborough sells what the farm produces: their own Red Ruby beef, homemade burgers, sausages and cakes out of the farm kitchen, and shelves stocked — as they put it — with food from around the corner, not around the world. The café serves Cornish breakfasts and lunches some fifty yards off the South West Coast Path, and took gold as Cornwall's café and tearoom of the year at the 2017 tourism awards. Open seven days, with click-and-collect and local delivery besides.
