Dig-In

Dig In is a community-owned greengrocer at 119 Bruntsfield Place in Edinburgh, run with a team of volunteers and backed by shareholders. Fresh fruit, vegetables, herbs and eggs come from local and regional producers; beyond the front shop and its bread shelves, a second room holds pantry staples, chilled items, snacks and household goods. Supporters accounts offer interest-free shopping. Open 10am to 7pm on weekdays, shorter hours at weekends.
