Founded in 2001 by Rosie Brown, the shop produces handmade silver and gold jewellery from an in-house workshop on Bruntsfield Place, its only outlet. Collections draw on nature and everyday memory, worked into recognisable ranges such as Monstera-leaf pieces, moon-and-star motifs and beach-pebble shapes across necklaces, earrings, rings and chains. Pieces are designed and made on the premises rather than bought in, and customers can watch bench work through the shop. Materials are principally sterling silver with 9-carat and 18-carat gold. Stock ranges from everyday-wear pieces to bespoke commissions, and the workshop also undertakes repair and remodelling of existing jewellery. The business has traded from this single Bruntsfield Place site throughout its history, with no second branch elsewhere in the city.
