Farthing Brothers Coffee House is a window kiosk at the end of Newport Pagnell's high street, facing the Coachmaker's Arms. It is run by Jack and Joel, who serve coffee from Wooden Hill Coffee, a local roaster, alongside mochas, iced teas and traybakes such as a triple chocolate salted caramel brownie and a vegan flapjack. There is no indoor seating: customers order at the hatch and either wait on the pavement or carry their cup on along the high street. The stripped-back format, just a kiosk and the two brothers behind it, keeps the focus on the coffee rather than a wider menu. Regulars are greeted by name, and the till rarely needs telling what someone wants before they have finished ordering. It occupies one of the smallest trading footprints of any café in the area.
