Grange Farm began as a small egg-supply business on Drumgrannon Road between Dungannon and Moy, formally established by the Troughton family in 1987. Brothers George and Thomas Troughton now run the operation alongside their father, who oversees work on the farm itself. What started with eggs expanded from 2004 to include poultry, beef, pork, seafood, vegetables, potatoes and fresh-cut chips, supplied wholesale to local takeaways, restaurants, hotels and shops across Northern Ireland. A dedicated factory shop opened on the site in December 2019, after customers began calling at the farm gate to buy produce directly. The shop sells the farm's own eggs and vegetables alongside dairy, meat and stocked lines such as Rosie and Jim gluten-free chicken products.
