Great House Guest House occupies a Grade II*-listed building on the High Street in Llantwit Major, with parts of the structure dating back to 1480 and a first recorded owner named as Henry Nicholl. Host Paula runs the guest house with two rooms, Ben's Room and the Garden Room, both including a full Welsh breakfast. The building retains an original medieval stone staircase and period panelling alongside later Tudor additions, giving guests a sense of the house's age throughout the stay rather than just in a plaque by the door.
