Keadeen sits on a smallholding above the Lynher Valley at Golberdon, between Callington and Bodmin Moor, run by Geraldine and Roger Parkyn. The three rooms take their names from local rivers, the Slaney, the Lynher and the Inny, with the Inny arranged as a family room using twin and double beds in adjoining spaces. Breakfast uses free-range eggs, locally sourced meat, and bread and jam made in the Parkyns' own kitchen from fruit grown in their garden. Special diets are catered for with advance notice rather than a fixed substitute dish. A camping and caravan pitch sits alongside the house for guests who want the same setting without the rooms. The B&B takes bookings mostly by phone rather than an instant online system, and callers who reach an answerphone are asked to leave a number rather than try again later.
