Launch Bikes trades from a small unit in Beaufort Arms Court Shopping Mews, just off Agincourt Square in central Monmouth. Alongside selling and servicing bikes, the shop hires out mountain bikes, leisure bikes, hybrid e-bikes and children's bikes by the half day or full day, with delivery and collection available for those staying nearby. Staff provide route guidance for rides into the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean, along with helmets and other safety kit as part of the hire. The business was set up by Richard, a cyclist, and runs as a single independent shop rather than a chain outlet. Its position just off the square puts it within a few minutes' walk of the river and the start of several waymarked cycling routes out of town.
