Mother Shipton's Museumand Gift Shop

The museum and gift shop sit within Mother Shipton's Park at Knaresborough, alongside the Cave and Petrifying Well, both natural rock formations in a mile-long woodland park. Displays include petrified celebrity items, with exhibition space given to work by a local artist. Open daily from 28 March to 1 November 2026, excluding 13 June for the Knaresborough Bed Race. Access involves three sets of twenty-five outdoor steps, so no wheelchair or pushchair access. Card payments only.
