No35 occupies a small corner unit on Cheltenham Crescent in Harrogate town centre, built entirely around coffee since opening in 2017. The shop pours beans supplied by North Star Coffee Roasters, rotating in guest roasts from other independent UK roasteries throughout the year. Filter, flat white, cold brew and espresso are served alongside bagels and daily-baked cakes, with oat, soy, almond and coconut milk available for dairy-free custom. Seating is limited to a handful of tables, favouring a short stop over a long laptop session. A resident dog, Walter, is listed among the staff as head of customer service and greets regulars from behind the counter. No35 has become a fixture of Harrogate's independent coffee scene, keeping its offer narrow: good beans, treated properly, in a room built around them.
