Sing Gin

A small distillery run from the village of Kettlesing near Harrogate, producing gin from a grape-based spirit rather than the more usual grain base, said to be the first of its kind made in Yorkshire. The owners distil in small batches on a copper still named Bella, infusing hand-crushed botanicals including juniper, mint and orange peel before bottling on site.
