Harrogate Tipple

Small-batch gin and rum distillery set up in 2016 by Steven and Sally Green with master distiller Tom Nichol, whose long career includes creating Tanqueray No. Ten. The stills run in a converted barn on the Ripley Castle estate, using Harrogate spring water and botanicals grown in the castle's kitchen garden and Victorian hothouse. Visitors can book a gin school session to distil their own bottle.
