Oad Street Food and Crafts occupies a former farm building on Oad Street, outside Borden near Sittingbourne. Mike Woodcock took over the site with his late wife Karen; since her death in 2019 it has been run by their children, Harry Woodcock and Rebecca Kingsnorth, alongside Summer Schaffner. The restaurant seats around seventy and serves breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea using local produce, with a menu built around breakfast stacks, topped pancakes, bagels and burritos, plus a house speciality of loaded potato "tots" served in four variations. A gift shop stands alongside the restaurant, stocking homeware and gifts, and offering a bespoke picture-framing service, K-Frames, run by David and Samantha. The kitchen operates seven days a week, closing at 3pm, with cakes and drinks served until the shop closes at 3.30pm on weekdays and 5pm at weekends.
