Small-batch cider and perry maker based at Ffynnonddewi near Solva, hand-pressing whole-juice cider from Welsh and border apples, including fruit gathered from neglected local trees. No added water, concentrate or flavouring. Bottles are labelled by hand, and the cider holds Bronze accreditation from the British Cider Association.
