Soul BeanCoffee House

Soul Bean Coffee House opened on Sandford Avenue in Church Stretton in 2024 under director Ian Hepburn, taking over a café unit at the foot of the town's shopping street. The menu runs to sandwiches made to order, savoury lunches and a rotating list of homemade cakes, with a standing vegan bundt cake in flavours such as orange, raspberry or blueberry and coconut alongside the usual espresso-based coffee and loose-leaf tea. The premises are small and informal, with a handful of tables for eating in and a steady trade in takeaway cups for walkers heading out toward the Long Mynd. A Food Standards Agency inspection in April 2025 rated hygiene, cleanliness and food safety management as very good across all three categories.
