Streamvale Farm sits on Ballyhanwood Road on the eastern edge of the city, on land the Morrow family has worked for more than three hundred years. The family began delivering milk to homes across east Belfast in the 1930s and opened the working dairy farm to visitors during the 1980s, making it Northern Ireland's only dairy farm open to the public. Visitors can bottle-feed lambs and goats, watch the milking parlour in action and learn how the farm's milk becomes ice cream, alongside tractor and barrel rides and a play area. An on-site café serves food to visiting families, and the farm runs seasonal events including a pumpkin patch in October. Streamvale remains a single-site family farm on the Ballyhanwood Road rather than a franchised attraction, with the Morrows still running the daily operation.
