The RiversideWoodbridge

The Riverside began life as the Woodbridge Electric Theatre, which opened in 1915 beside the Deben quayside. Refitted in 1985, it now runs a 288-seat auditorium screening mainstream and independent films alongside live broadcasts from the Royal Opera House and West End stage, plus a resident amateur and touring theatre programme. An attached restaurant operates alongside screenings, and a Young Film Programmers group and Kids Club run through the year.
