The SandsB&B

The Sands B&B sits on Victoria Square in Rostrevor, a few minutes' walk from the village and beside Carlingford Lough. Anne and John Keane opened their home to guests in 2011 and still run it themselves, offering a deluxe double, a deluxe twin and a standard single room. Both are musicians and local historians, and guests are as likely to get a rundown of Mourne folklore over breakfast as directions to Kilbroney Park. Rooms look out over the water towards the mountains, and the location puts Belfast and Dublin airports within roughly an hour's drive.
