Tutts Clump Cider is made at Travellers Rest Farm in Bradfield, founded in 2006 by Tim Wale, who was born in the hamlet of Tutts Clump and began making cider on his kitchen table before turning it into a business. Around 80 percent of the fruit used is sourced locally, and the range runs from traditional, unfiltered farmhouse styles to contemporary and flavoured ciders, with Berkshire Diamond and Jazz among the regular lines. Wale's wife Catherine and their five daughters help run the operation. There is no shop or taproom on site; the cider is sold through a network of pubs, restaurants and independent shops across the region, as well as directly online, with free local delivery on orders over £30 within RG postcodes.
