Vin Santo

A wine merchant and bar set inside a 13th-century crypted cellar on Watergate Street, run by four friends with a shared interest in wine. The weekly-changing list covers wine, champagne, spirits and gin alongside craft and traditional beers, with bottles available to drink in or take home, plus regular tastings hosted with visiting winemakers.
