Bron-y-Graig is an owner-run Victorian guest house on London Road in Corwen, at the western end of the Dee Valley. Nic and Wendy Brownlie let seven en-suite bedrooms in a substantial period townhouse set in its own grounds, with views toward the river and surrounding hills. Breakfast is cooked to order, there is a small residents' bar, off-road parking and a pet-friendly policy, and the house holds a four-star Gold rating from the AA for guest accommodation. Corwen town centre, with its shops and places to eat, is a short walk away, and the house makes a practical base for walking the Berwyn hills, cycling the Dee Valley or following the heritage railway toward Llangollen. As an independent, single-property business it is run day to day by its resident owners rather than managed remotely.
