Chris Rounsevell Traditional Butchers is a family-run butcher and farm shop based on the family's own farm at Caradon Town, near Upton Cross on the southern edge of Bodmin Moor. The shop sells home-reared beef and pork alongside game, poultry and other meat sourced from neighbouring small farms, and carries out its own butchery and meat preparation on site rather than buying in pre-cut stock.
